Attendee grants Pas de Deux Photo, LLC, the right to use Attendee’s name, image and likeness, including but not limited to any photographs or video taken of you at the event for marketing purposes.

Pas de Deux Photo, LLC, reserves the right to accept, reject or prohibit registration to any person for or attendance at its events at any time for any reason.

​

Attendee expressly assumes, and releases Pas de Deux Photo, LLC, and any affiliates from, all risks, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses, whether or not reasonably foreseeable, associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with Attendees participation or presence at events, including, without limitation, all risks of harm, damage, illness (including viruses or illness from any communicable disease) or injury (including death) to or related to Attendee and his or her person or property.

Attendee agrees to value the safety of dancers modeling at the event.  Dancers are of a variety of ages and skill levels, and each dancer’s body is different. Photographers should be aware of any limitations they may have to aid in injury prevention.  Photographers are expected to respect each dancer’s boundaries, and appropriate language and verbal cueing is expected.

Attendees also agree to share social media JPGs with dancers that they photograph, and that they will provide these JPGs within two months from the event.

Attendees understand they are not permitted to take dancers off the location grounds for a personal photo shoot during the event.  When dancers are modeling  for photographers for photo walks on the location grounds, they are expected to return to the dancer room at the time that the session ends.

Attendees agree to complete the Pas de Deux Photo, LLC online conference expectations course and sign the PDD Code of Conduct by January 1, 2027.  ATTENDEES AGREE TO PROVIDE A BACKGROUND CHECK IF THEY HAVEN’T ALREADY FOR THE 2023 conference.

Attendees confirm that they understand that this registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.
