Pas de Deux Photo is an organization by and for dance photographers.
Our mission to to support the work of dance photographers with an emphasis on community over competition. We know that dance photography is elevated by all of us lifting up one another.
Topics we explore include: working with dancers, lighting techniques, performance photography, dance poses and terms, developing relationship with dance teams, studios, and companies, studio workflow and management, marketing and branding, volume processing, and safety considerations when working with minors.
